Job Description
- Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support for foreign employee.
- Responsible for monthly processing and submission of payroll and reports.
- Manage the training and development needs of employee and administering the full spectrum of training and course.
- Handle for work pass applications, renewal and cancellation including arrange for repatriation of workers.
- Maintaining of personnel records and ensure filing are up-to-date.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in Admin and Human Resource Operations.
- Relevant experience in Construction field would be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act.
- A team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to get tasks done independently.
