- Position Title: Warehouse Assistant/Logistics Assistant
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (9 am – 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + $100 Transport Allowance + OT + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and log supplier deliveries.
- Store items (raw materials & finished goods) correctly with detailed labels and paperwork.
- Refill production materials as needed.
- Packing and booking of finished products from production.
- Schedule shipments with the sales team.
- Take part in inventory counts to keep track of stock.
- Report any issues with deliveries to the team leader.
- Keep workspace tidy following the 5S method.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed.

- Min. O-level or relevant qualification.
- Prior working experience in logistics & warehousing is preferred.
- Experience with SAP System and material management will be an advantage.
