Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR and operational support to the business.
- Work with hiring teams on their recruitment needs.
- Manage monthly payroll processing, CPF submission, annual income tax filing, as well as passes application.
- Support department heads on employee appraisal and performance management matters.
- Plan and arrange employee welfare initiatives.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of HR experience, exposure to FinTech / Payments industry is a plus
- Ability to perform payroll processing and passes application indendently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to start within short notice is a plus.
