Job Description
- Undertake day-to-day office administration and sales support operations (Order Processing, Delivery Planning, Purchase Orders, etc)
- Conduct effective communication with colleagues and customers
- Work closely with the logistics department to manage and control the best cost efficiency and punctual deliveries
- Answer customers’ inquiries on phone and email
- Process consignment & e-commerce sales orders and tax invoices from various platforms
- Develop monthly sales reports, to prepare monthly sales commissions
- AR and AP invoicing
- Help to pack parcels for delivery when necessary
- Handle overseas shipment arrangements and documents
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Min 1-2 years of experience in related working experience
- Minimum education of “O” Level and its equivalent or above
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Able to work under strict deadlines
- 5.5days working, Alt sat
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
