The Finance Lead is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of F&B operations. Key duties include managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role work closely with stakeholders to develop pricing strategies, control costs, and maximize profitability. Additionally, this role may also involve forecasting sales, managing inventory, and implementing financial policies and procedures to support overall success.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to provide insights for decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in finance operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- Relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA/ACCA) is a plus
- Minimum 3 years experience in Accounts/ Finance is preferred
- Leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; great team player
- High degree of personal initiative, flexibility and ability to work well under deadlines and without supervision
- Fluent Chinese communication skills, both written and verbal to Lias with Headquarters
