Responsibilities:
- Execute the overall success and growth of the assigned portfolio by deepening relationships with existing clients and through the acquisition of new customers.
- Promote the cross-selling of banking products to our customers based on their banking needs, improve the bank's wallet share with the clients, so as to accomplish the branch’s growth targets.
- Acquire, build, expand and maintain Private Banking client relationships and grow AUM
- Demonstrate strong competency in wealth advisory and provide exceptional service to HNW & UHNW clients
- Conduct proper KYC & CDD on new to bank clients as well as periodical reviews on existing clients
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in private/premium banking
- Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and internal partners.
- Strong prospecting, sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong ability to communicate and writing reports.
- A fast learner who is able to work independently and as a team as a supporting role.
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, organized, responsible, meticulous and able to multi-task.
