Job Summary: We are recruiting an experienced Backend Software Engineer to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the backend layers of our digital asset custody platform.
Job Description:
● Design, build, and maintain backend services for digital asset custody, including trade matching, transaction execution, accounting, and risk management functionalities.
● Collaborate with product managers, blockchain developers, and security experts to develop secure and scalable backend solutions.
● Implement APIs and integrate with blockchain infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability of our custody systems.
● Write test scripts, set up monitoring and logging infrastructure, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to digital asset custody.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● At least 5+ years of software development experience, with a focus on backend development.
● Proficiency in Golang as well as other modern high-level languages.
● Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptographic principles, and digital asset security.
● Experience working in the financial services industry, preferably in digital asset custody or blockchain-related projects.
● Familiarity with Linux environments, SQL, and relational databases.
● Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
● Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
