Make an Impact by:
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure product requirements are well supported and integrated
- into various downstream systems.
- Develop, coordinate and support the sales and marketing effort for each product portfolio and
- manage its entire lifecycle.
- Manage product requirements and drive the development process and delivery timeline.
- Collaborate and work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on
- opportunities to strengthen the product positioning in existing and new markets
- Handling CS escalations
- Stay abreast of market trends, conduct segment market research, and analyze competitors' activities
- to derive insights and identify opportunities for driving business growth
- Assisting with weekly and monthly internal reporting and invoicing activities with vendors
- Provide support for new product and project launches
- Drive innovation in product development to ensure continuous improvement and market relevance
Skills for Success
- Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing-related discipline
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (formulas, Pivot table, V Look up)
- Experience in Product Management or marketing-related discipline is a huge plus
- Experience in Campaign Management is a huge plus
- Comfortable with numbers; able to draw insights from numbers and data
