We are a dynamic company with 16 years in the beauty industry. We currently have 11 outlets across Singapore including a Medical Aesthetics Division thus you will be introduced and expected to contribute to value add to the interesting marketing concepts suited for both the Beauty and Wellness industry as well as Aesthetics Medical industry.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist the Marketing Manager in carrying out the Company’s marketing and promotional activities to drive leads and sales. He or she will get developmental and growth opportunities in all aspects of the marketing function with heavy exposure to digital marketing. The role promises to be challenging and exciting.
Duties include:
- Assist in the design, planning and execution of 360 marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Knowledge of digital creation with photoshop, canva, is an advantage
- Develop creative ideas and contents for brand promotions on social media platforms
- Identify and engage with external partners including but not limited to brands, landlords, medias and influencers to plan and executive joint promotion and collaborations
- Generate new ideas for brand promotion and marketing to promote services, drive leads and increase brand awareness
- Measure and analyse performance of marketing campaigns against goals (ROI & KPIs)
- Provide general administrative support & other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- An individual endowed with a limitless imagination and a flair for creative innovation
- Strong knowledge in social media and content creation
- Creative copywriting
- Must be Singaporean or Permanent Resident (Due to unavailability of foreign worker quotas)
- Must be able to speak and write in English and Chinese
- Proficient in creative tools such as Photoshop
- 2 years marketing experience and above
- Independent, dynamic, driven and responsible. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Have passion for digital marketing and beauty industry
