Job Description:
1. Ensure the Country financial reports are complied with related accounting standards and Group requirements
2. Liaising with subsidiaries/ entities on the international and local level
3. Prepare and reviewing the financial statements and ensure the compliance with IFRS
4. Responsible for financial analysis, Q-o-Q and YTD flux analysis and monitoring
5. Prepare reconciliation and management reporting
6. Work closely and support different internal and external stakeholders
7. Assist with ad hoc projects e.g business expansion, accounting memos
8. Support SAP/BPC entity accounting system segment/region/group consolidation data checks and controls to ensure numbers integrity and compliance
Job Requirements: Min Degree in Accountancy & Finance or similar w min 6-10 yrs of relevant experience, preferably in SAP & real estate industry
