General Role
Responsible for managing the daily store operations and supervising a team of sales staff to deliver quality and consistent services, to drive results and to ensure operation excellence at the store level.
Key Responsibilities
1) Sales and Customer service
· Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service and build client relationships.
· Regularly evaluate the sales and customer service skills of staff, provide coaching on skills improvement where necessary.
2) Operations
· Assist Boutique Manager to manage and oversee the daily store operations
· Able to manage, drive and achieve KPI(s)
3) Adhoc Duties
· Provides inputs and assists Boutique manager in formulating sales strategies, preparing sales analysis and management reports.
· Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Boutique Manager
Requirements & Capabilities
· At least 5 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity.
· Passion in retail industry with good selling skills.
· Likes fashion and appreciates quality products.
