Sales & Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
Creates Business objectives (KGI and KPI) align with Management strategies.
Market developments on new business, technology and services using market research.
Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
Prepares and completes sales and marketing action plan.
Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
Launch of a marketing campaign such as advertising through planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements (i.e website, exhibition, etc).
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Improves product marketability and profitability.
Maintain relations with new and existing customers.
Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Preferably 5 years and more experienced in Engineering, Sales and Marketing
Excellent communication skill and positive work attitude
Good network of customers
Resourceful in information (such as market trends and demands)
Mature, Independent, responsible, and able to meet schedule.
Working Routine
Normal Shift (5 days work week)
7.50am to 4.55pm
