We are looking for a Marketing and Administrative Executive to set up and maintain the social media accounts and assist with marketing the services and products for our group of companies.
This is a part-time role of 2.5 days per week and open to all Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up social media accounts (eg. Youtube, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram)
- Maintain a social media calendar
- Build Brand Awareness
- Generate reports on engagements, conversions, insights
- Generate content and collaterals like images, videos, articles
- Connect with recruiting team for employer branding efforts
- Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance
- Analyse the social media landscape to supply actionable insights
- Perform general administrative functions
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- English Proficiency (Written and Speaking) with grammar skills
- Chinese language abilities is a bonus
- Good understanding of Social media network and related tools (Scheduling, calendar)
- Writing skills
- Ability to research
- Self starter and motivated
