Who we are looking for:


Express Guru is seeking a Serviced Office Sales Representative (Asia Pacific - Singapore) tasked with identifying and negotiating with clients for the rental of Express Guru's serviced office spaces, as well as those of third-party providers. These serviced office spaces cater to various market segments to corporate business owner.


The Serviced Office Sales Representative oversees the rental sales and services across a broad geographic area to optimize sales revenue and achieve corporate goals.

Roles and Responsbilities:


  • Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth - this would include identifying target customers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to sales, actively listening to client requirements and recommending appropriate service office solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Be abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized service office packages, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive solutions that address their specific requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth, expand market reach, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Proactively network with potential clients through various channels, including events, industry forums, and professional associations, to generate leads and foster business partnerships.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting of sales activities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and assistance to ensure their continued satisfaction and success.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores, to drive business success and professional growth

Requirements:

  • Min Local Diploma and above in related field like: Real Estate
  • Ambitious and goal getter
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the enterprise software sales domain.
