Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Calculation of overtime, allowance, and salary computation.
- Keep track of employee attendance for record via HR system.
- Processing of staff claims and statutory claims.
- Handle work passes and permits application and renewal processes.
- Prepare and submit mandatory government reports to MOM.
- Assist in reviewing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Handle employee relations matters, including onboarding process, offboarding process, exit interviews grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including office supplies procurement, travel arrangements, and facilities management.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- At least 2 – 3 years of Payroll experience with HR administration background.
- Prior knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, including MOM requirements.
- Prior experience using Timesoft payroll system will be an added advantage.
