Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on staffing, job descriptions, and salary proposals.
- Support Compensation & Benefits Manager with grading, compensation reviews, bonuses, and rewards.
- Implement and manage P&O policies and governance, including employee handbook and AskP&O platform.
- Handle P&O employment areas, such as hiring, termination, mobility services, and expatriate management.
- Oversee employee data management on all P&O platforms.
- Comply with statutory requirements, manage employee mobility and work passes applications.
- Manage HR outsourcing vendors, relocation services, and immigration services.
- Conduct training, P&O events, and safety drills.
- Support P&O transformation projects like SAP Success Factors and Shared Services Centre.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in HRBP within multinational companies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and a keen interest in leveraging HR technology.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positivity, initiative, precision, team spirit, discretion, and dedication to outstanding service.
