Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Collaborate with Business Partner to drive the following,
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify and finalize staffing needs, finalize JD, determine selection criteria and sourcing channels.
- Coordinate with Shared Services recruiters to share role requirement, fill this role in a timely manner, create salary proposals and oversee seamless onboarding.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Support C&B initiatives such as grading, compensation reviews, off-cycle increments, annual increment, bonus, rewards, and recognition initiatives.
Governance & Services
- Ownership and roll-out P&O governance and policies (internal & statutory) at RHO - includes employee handbook, managing company platform, P&O Dashboards etc.
- Manage employment areas such as, hiring and termination processes, mobility services, labour issues, confirmation process, contract edits, renewals and dismissals, expatriate management, control/processing of retirement, etc. and deliver people services within the stipulated service delivery time.
- Employee data management on all P&O platforms – ensuring data is accurate, complete, and up-to date.
- Comply and submit statutory requirements such as, NS submissions, maternity, and childcare leave claims, CPF contributions, consolidation of staff incentives, training grants and annual tax filing.
- Own and manage mobility services with global mobility and shared services.
- Facilitate application and renewal of Singapore work passes and related dependent passes.
- Conduct employees exit related processes such as – exit interview process etc.
- Audit & reporting to management (employee demographics, skills inventory, absenteeism, overtime, employee turnover, attendance report) and external agencies (e.g., government agencies, insurance companies, unions etc.)
- Managing HR outsourcing vendors, Relocation services (domestic and international), Immigration services
- Manage onsite training, engagement, P&O events, health, and safety related drills as required.
- Vendor management and ensuring accuracy and quality of invoices.
- Participate and support in P&O Transformation related projects such as implementation of SAP Success Factors, Payroll system, Shared Services Centre etc.
- Any other people & organization responsibilities as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Min 6 years in Human Resources in multinational companies in Singapore. HR operations experience preferrable.
- Proficient in MS Excel and interest in HR technology is preferred.
- Good communication skills – written and verbal.
