Job Duties:
Maintenance / Vendor Management
- Perform daily Inspections and walkthroughs to ensure clean and operational facilities
- Plan, coordinate, attend and monitor the execution of office maintenance works with vendors
- Manage annual service maintenance schedule
- Attend to vendors and ensure they are always accompanied within the office
- Do research and price comparison on vendors
- Able to handle emergency incidents associated within the office
Administrative Duties
- Inventory check and orders when required
- Collate orders for Admin Team
- Liaise closely with finance to ensure invoices are approved and processed
- Cover reception duties in the absence of the receptionist
- Programming of access cards
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
