LiT Strategy is a boutique strategy advisory firm which specializes in providing consulting services to SMEs to drive decision making. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Business Development Director to lead our expansion and foster strategic relationships with potential clients in Singapore and internationally.
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving LiT Strategy's expansion in Singapore and internationally. You will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and building strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders. This role requires a results-driven professional with a keen understanding of various business segments, development strategies, market analysis, and the ability to cultivate and maintain fruitful business relationships. This is a results oriented role, and a key requirement is that the incumbent is expected to show tangible results in the form of new revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Utilize networking events, industry conferences, and other channels to expand the client base.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Proposal Development:
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to create comprehensive and customized solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure new business partnerships.
Market Research:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market research.
Sales Performance:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
- Continuously assess and improve sales strategies based on results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the consultancy industry.
- Strong understanding of [specific industry or service] and the ability to articulate complex solutions to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
