Our company is looking for suitable candidates to join their growing business as Executive Assistant & Driver.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide administrative support for Director
· Handle personal tasks for the Director
· Handle travel arrangements for Director
· Attend all meetings with director including social activities and overseas trips.
· To keep proper filling records and other documents
· Provide chauffeuring service to Director & guests
· Anticipate and coordinate Director’s point-to-point travel needs
· Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENT:
· Diploma requirement.
· Possesses a clean traffic record, with at least 3 years driving experience.
· Must be able to travel overseas if required.
· Must be flexible with work schedule.
· Fluent in English & Mandarin both spoken and written to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Neat and well groomed.
· Physically fit.
OTHER INFORMATION:
• Location : Millenia Tower (Near Suntec City)
• Working hours : 9.00am to 6.00pm (5 Days)
• Salary: up to S$3,500 higher/ Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
