The Creative Designer will be responsible for developing advertising and branding campaigns or graphics across various mediums including online, film, digital, animation, and print.
The primary focus will be on designing products, packaging, kits and collaterals for teams, as well as event and location designs. A systematic approach to design thinking is essential, along with experience overseeing projects from inception to completion.
The objective is to produce exceptional creative work that supports the Company's goals. Working within a small in-house team, the Creative Designer will take the lead on all creative projects, from initial briefings to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
Job Description
- Developing creative concepts for all projects and campaigns.
- Heavily involved in social media graphics and contents.
- Presenting and proposing concepts to both internal teams and external clients.
- Providing regular updates to clients and team and adhering to tight deadlines.
- Creating storyboards or conveying ideas to the creative team or vendors.
- Documenting the design process and proposals.
- Managing multiple projects from inception to completion as per agreed direction and schedule.
- Reviewing and adjusting project content as needed before finalization. Ensuring consistency of all Company visuals with the overall brand.
- Guiding or writing scripts as necessary.
- Supervising or personally conducting photo or video shoots and other creative endeavors.
- Selecting and assessing external vendors.
- Taking full responsibility for assigned projects.

Requirements & Essential Skills
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in the creative field
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin
- Mastery of Adobe Software like, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Familiar with Microsoft Office like Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Canva, 3D software and WIX.
- Deep understanding of typography, design elements and best practices across print and digital
- Ability to understand, contribute and author creative strategy
- Organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Open to take instructions and criticisms
- Flexible, highly motivated, and approachable with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with external vendors, speciality resources and internal team
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
Probation Period: 6 months
