Job Description
· Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
· Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
· Managing the work activities for the group of Sub-Contractors, supervisor and workers
· Ensure that all legal requirements under the Singapore laws are complied with
· Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
· Minimum 1 year of Civil Engineering / Structural experience in related fields
· A proactive and resourceful individual who possess good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
· Good communication and analytical skills, able to interact with people of all levels
