The Role
This role involves providing leadership and guidance in human resources to Divisional Management Teams across various locations, focusing on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives for profitable growth. Responsibilities include partnering with union leadership on employee relations, overseeing HR activities like recruitment, salary planning, and benefits administration, and implementing talent management strategies to support business development. The role also encompasses driving operational excellence through the use of tools and processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and supporting safety compliance initiatives.
Your Profile
You should have a Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent with at least 8 years of HR experience in manufacturing sector. You should possess good understanding of HR processes.
