Responsibilities:
1. Manage team of beauticians and therapists
2. Leading the team to achieve sales target
3. Provide professional consultation and advice customers on suitable beauty products and treatments
4. Handling customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance to staff
5. Overseeing daily operations
6. Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
1. Have relevant work experience in the TMC beauty industry and be familiar with industry practices.
2. Customer service oriented, sales driven and target oriented person
3. Self-motivated team player with positive attitude
4. Able to Motivate and Lead Team
