Job Responsibilities :
- Assist the Project Manager to ensure smooth running of site operations
- Monitor work progress at sites
- Attend to all logistical matters
- Site management which includes planning, supervising, controlling and co-ordinating project
- Manage and monitor subcontractors’ work progress
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with, schedule to complete on time
Job Requirements :
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in building works projects
- Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Manager (CSCPM)
- Certificate in bizSAFE Level 2 : Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan
- Certificate in Managing Work At Height
