- Handle project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.
- Managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and overseeing the installation.
- Conducting site visits and inspections work of ACMV system to ensure that work is being completed according to specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Consultants, Architects and relevant authorities.
- Liaise with Consultants, Main contractor, Suppliers, Sub contractor on Equipment & Material submissions.
- Monitor and ensure progress of works are carried out according to project specification.
- Assist drafting team to prepare for design schematic drawing, layout drawing, P&lD drawing and method statement for project.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and project teams, and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the overall planning of ACMV works, site inspection, variation order and certification of work done for all assigned projects.
- Support project manager in the administration of contract, claim, variation and any dispute arise.
- Liaise with internal and external parties for project management.
- Assist in providing monthly forecast for assigned and prospected clients and sales number.
- Follow up closely on invoices after rendering services.
- Responsible for site supervision and implementation.
- Responsible for ensuring implementing safety.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years or dible experiences in ACMV system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and BIM.
- Independent, diligent, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and cope in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
