· Reporting to Site GM
· Oversee and manage all aspects of plastic molding projects from initiation to completion. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the plastic molding project management framework.
· Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and innovations related to plastic molding processes and project management methodologies.
· Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
· Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
· Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
· At least 5 years of proven experience in project management, specifically in plastic molding, automotive or manufacturing industries.
· In-depth knowledge of plastic molding processes, techniques, and materials.
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in project management tools and software.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
· Hired permanently as an employee in Singapore and willing to work in Mexico with expatriate package
