The programme allows the interns to experience first-hand how we groom individuals to grow personally, professionally and financially. It is designed to help interns acquire invaluable industry knowledge and build their financial and management skill sets under the mentorship of experienced professionals.
PROGRAMME DETAILS-
Date : 27 May 2024 to 5 July 2024 (6 weeks)
Allowance : $1,500 for the 6 weeks
Working Hours: 8:45 am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

TRAINING
The programme will include structured training that offers the interns the opportunity to
- Obtain professional certifications upon completion of regulatory CMFAS exams for financial advisory.
- On the Job Training (OJT) days with their direct Leaders, Leaders will cover the mandatory topics such as Reiteration of Financial Health Check Process, MAS Basic Financial Planning Guide and Fact Finding 101, Objection Handling, iPOS+, iSMART+, AIA Vitality, Client Servicing, Getting Referrals, Goal Setting and Success Sytem and community engagement activities.
TARGET GROUP
- Undergraduates studying full-time in local university or tertiary institutions NUS / NTU / SMU / SUSS / SUTD / SIT / SIM •
- Academic qualification of “A” Levels or local Diploma 5.
