Our client, a fast growing startup with world leading proprietary technology in the renewable energy sector, is looking for an Admin Assistant with solid finance background to join their team.

Job Description:
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions like accounts payable/receivable, expense reimbursements, and invoicing.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and reports.
- Communicate with external parties (vendors, clients, financial institutions) to resolve financial inquiries.
- Aid in preparing financial statements and tax filings in line with regulatory requirements.
- Manage office administrative tasks: scheduling meetings, handling correspondence.
- Maintain organised filing systems for documents, contracts, and records.
- Assist in HR tasks: onboarding new employees, managing records, coordinating benefits.
- Procure office supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the key stakeholders based in Singapore and China
- Adaptable and proactive personality with a can-do attitude
- Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with both internal and external teams to enhance the operational excellence
