Sales & Marketing Ex

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Xin Furnishing, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and enhancing brand visibility in the competitive furnishing industry. Reporting directly to the Director, you will embark on a comprehensive training journey tailored to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role.


Individual to be involved in:

1.Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.

2.Collaborate with the director to develop a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with company goals.

3.Execute marketing campaigns across various channels to generate leads and drive sales.

4.Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data analysis.

5.Train and support future sales representatives to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.

6.Identify opportunities for product expansion and diversification through market research and analysis.

7.Evaluate overall sales and marketing performance against set goals and KPIs.

8.Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic initiatives for future growth.


Technical Skills and Competencies:

1.Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools would be an added advantage

2.Ability to conduct market research and analysis using various techniques and tools.

3.Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, PPC).

4.Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, including lead generation and conversion strategies.

5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.

7.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to innovate and differentiate marketing initiatives.

8.Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

9.Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
