Roles & Responsibilities
- Nsuring smooth operations of the site's office facilities.
- This includes organizing office supplies, coordinating maintenance, and managing office equipment.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating interviews, mobilisation and demobilisation for site personnel.
- Providing administrative support to site managers, supervisors & Technicians.
- Documentation and Filing: Maintaining accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, for the site.
- This may involve organizing documents, updating databases, and filing paperwork.
Reporting
- Compiling data and preparing reports as needed by site management or headquarters.
Requirement:
- Good communication and Knowledge in MS Office
