Site Office Admin Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Nsuring smooth operations of the site's office facilities.
  • This includes organizing office supplies, coordinating maintenance, and managing office equipment.
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating interviews, mobilisation and demobilisation for site personnel.
  • Providing administrative support to site managers, supervisors & Technicians.
  • Documentation and Filing: Maintaining accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, for the site.
  • This may involve organizing documents, updating databases, and filing paperwork.

Reporting

  • Compiling data and preparing reports as needed by site management or headquarters.

Requirement:

  • Good communication and Knowledge in MS Office
