We're seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to help with product photography, database management, and content creation. It’s a hands-on role suited for someone organized, tech-savvy, and creative.
Responsibilities:
- Take quality photos and videos of products.
- Upload media to our company's database.
- Add new product listings to our database.
- Maintain and update our market research information on our database.
- Use AI to create images and write product descriptions from original Mandarin text
- Organize digital files
- Proficient in MS Office for various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Good with a camera and basic photo editing.
- Familiar with MS Office and Google Drive
- Ability to use AI for basic graphic design and copywriting.
- Organized and attentive to detail.
- Can work independently.
Schedule:
- Must be available to come into the office on a prearranged day from 9.00am to 6.00pm once a week.
- Work Frequency: 4 - 5 times a month.
- Duration: Permanent part-time as per company needs
