Job Responsibilities:
- Perform other HR/Admin related duties as & when assigned
- Assist in work passes such as applications, issuance, renewals, cancellations and arrange medical checkup
- Update and maintain employee’ personal file and upkeep employee data in system.
- Assist in calculating overtime hours, bonus and incentive.
- Assist payroll to verify employees’ attendance, oversea leave included air ticket fare update
- Arrange & update employees’ course and training record
- Provide secretarial support to management when necessary.
- Coordinate in renewals of employee’s annual insurance (staff insurance, PCP, etc)
- Organize company events
Requirements:
- Well versed in Microsoft software applications
- Willing to learn new things
- Ability to work independently and is a team player
Workplace location: Joo Koon
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm
