It is part of the London-headquartered Howden Broking Group, a leading independent, global broker with offices in over 30 countries worldwide.
Job Responsibilities
- Working with third party vendor to review, evaluate, and ensure smooth daily operations in claims, contact centre and clinic network.
- Conduct yearly audit to ensure that processes comply with organisation requirements.
- Handle enquiries, investigate feedback and escalations in a timely manner.
- Review of service agreement members including contract management and credentialing.
- Monitor and close follow up to ensure project timelines are met.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity (Candidates with no relevant experience can be considered)
- A recognized degree in any discipline and/or professional insurance qualifications
- Good working knowledge of employee benefits products
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written English (Effective bilingual in Mandarin will be bonus)
