Plan and scheduling staff working schedule and shifts and organizing replacements as required .
Assigning tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of works are met.
To communicate and coordinate with client to ensure we met the client expectation . Attending the operation meeting with client as per request .
To prepare and submit the operations report .
To check the staff ‘s inventory include chemical supplies and equipment regularly .
To involve in the operation in instances of staff shortages.
Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned .
