Bridging Programme Teacher
- Work with children between the ages of 18 months to 6 years old within a preschool setting
- Support children with different learning needs
- Plan and provide individualized education programme (written document) for each child in the Bridging Programme (BP)
- Work cohesively with child's parents, caregivers, external professionals such as therapists, etc. as well as provide regular feedback and updates
- Participate actively together with children in BP during centre based learning experiences
