JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Stewardship
- Work with beneficiaries on donor stewardship materials and events.
- Evaluate beneficiary data and liaise with relevant administrators to prepare donor stewardship materials.
- Prepare and coordinate correspondences for donor and gift stewardship.
- Work with external stakeholders on special projects, custom gifts and donor wall updates.
- Support the fundraising team in their efforts to effectively cultivate and steward donors through the Moves Management process.
Event Management
- Provide support and assist with the coordination of donor appreciation and engagement events.
Administrative
- Maintain and generate list of beneficiaries.
- Maintain administrative systems including filing and data entry.
- Provide administrative support in other assigned areas for the team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications including MS Excel and Word.
- Preferred competency in creative software such as Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and work independently and in a team.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and flexibility.
