Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on schedule, within budget, and with the highest standards of quality.
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities throughout project management.
- Ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements and submission deadlines.
- Facilitate internal processes for seamless customer delivery.
- Manage project finances, including timely procurement of materials and manpower.
- Supervise drawing management and technical/construction aspects.
- Develop and enforce Terms and Conditions (T&Cs), Operation and Maintenance Manuals (OMM), and cost estimates.
- Conduct Testing & Commissioning for M&E Infrastructures in Data Centers.
- Support Project Managers in efficient resource allocation and project execution.
- Lead both internal and external teams to achieve project objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Create Method of Statements (MOS), Risk Assessments (RA), and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
- Prepare comprehensive Operation and Maintenance Manuals, including equipment documentation, maintenance procedures, testing and commissioning reports, and as-built drawings.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Candidate must have exposure to both Mechanical and Electrical Systems.
- Working experience in Data Centre A&A Projects
- Candidates with experience in Residential / Commercial A&A Projects will be considered for this post.
- Must be able to speak Mandarin as clients are primarily Mandarin speaking clientele.
