Job Description:
• Able to give technical proposals and prepare method statements.
• Prepare technical documents and drawings for submission to clients and Authorities.
• Coordinate and liaise with consultants and relevant stakeholders to ensure the design complies with all requirements.
• Ensure submission deliverables are timely and of good quality and as per Tender Specifications.
• Able to conduct basic structural design checks.
Qualification and requirements
• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer or recognised Degree in the relevant field.
• Positive personality and good team player.
• Responsible and Reliable.
• Able to work in tight schedules.
Experience required
• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience in Building projects.
• 3 years of experience in the construction design/supervision for Building projects.
• Experience in D&B building works and HDB projects will be an added advantage.
