Our Client, a Well-established Global firm is seeking to recruit a Corporate Secretarial professional (from Executive / Senior Executive to Assistant Manager).
Location: Central Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Management of the full spectrum of company secretarial duties
- Compliant with provision in the Singapore Corporate enactments, statutory reporting and filing work
- Internal and external management of counter parties and clients
- Attending meetings and drafting of minutes
- Other related assignments as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in business studies or of relevance discipline
- At least 2 to 3 years of Corporate Secretarial experience
- Chartered Secretary (ICSA)certification would be of an added advantage
- Literacy in English and Mandarin are essential
- Computer proficiency in MS Office Application
- Good communication skills and ability to work well as a team player
