Contract Executive/Assistant Manager for Registrar’s Office #HMS

Until mid-July:Dover
After mid-July: Punggol
Working hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Mon to Thurs), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)
Mid-May to mid-October (5 months)
Salary: up to 2700
Support in administration of awards cycle and certificate related matters (includes preparation for nominations, interviews, printing and packing of certificates, data upload to system etc.), and support in preparation and execution of the Convocation Ceremonies (week of 14 to 18 Oct 2024) and any other duties as assigned.
