You are responsible for managing the commissioning and decommissioning, rectification, preventive maintenance, and maintenance agreements of medical equipment for NHCS. This will include preparing the medical equipment specifications for procurement and you will be expected to participate in evaluation process to provide recommendations based on technical compliance.
In addition, you will provide supervision and guidance to junior staffs to ensure day-to-day operation efficiency. You will also support the HOD and/or BME Manager in achieving department set targets and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
· Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic/ Electrical Engineering, or equivalent with at least 2 years’ work experience in healthcare industry; OR Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic/ Electrical Engineering, or equivalent with at least 6 years’ work experience in healthcare industry
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Experience in project management in biomedical engineering field in the healthcare industry
· Knowledge in Information / Medical Device Technology and/or a wide range of medical equipment operation would be preferred
· Independent, self-motivated and adaptable to change
· Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communications skills
