Assistant Online Digital Marketing Manager | Orchard

Collaborate with merchandising departments to manage all aspects of online store including business planning , content strategy and development , promotional campaignsand other online marketing , website design , customer service , web analytics and web technologies


Day to day operational performance

  • Lead overall strategy development and planning for online store's promotional calendar to maximise sales & opportunities
  • Work closely with merchandising departments for online merchandising , promotions and fulfilment
  • Monitor customer feedback and resolve any online shopping issues promptly
  • Collaborate with merchandising and logistics team to ensure efficient order fulfilment
  • Manage & approve product listings from merchandising departments
  • Identify business opportunities in the e-commerce space , acquire and onboard trending brands
  • Optimize operations for online store, decreasing logistical costs and improve efficiency
  • Manage a team of 3 e-commerce executives , providing guidance and support
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment

Technical proficiency

  • Search engine optimization
  1. Optimizing copies on landing pages and product descriptions
  2. Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyboard opportunities
  3. Researching and implementing content recommendations such as blog articles
  4. Develop and implement link building strategy
  • Website UI /UX optimization
  1. Oversee maintenance and optimization of e-commerce website , ensuring a user friendly experience
  2. Implement improvements to website design , site navigation , content development , checkout funnel
  • Google Analytics
  1. Utilize web analytics to track key performance metrics , identify lacking areas and makke improvements , resulting in increased sales conversions
  2. Make data - driven decisions to improve online sales and user experience .eg.optimization of customers checkout funnel
  • Google Search Console
  • E-commerce CMS
  • HTML (BAsic)
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Figma
