Job Description
- Manage and enhance AI systems for legal digitalization
- Draft and review commercial documents, negotiate contractual terms, and provide legal support for various regions
- Provide corporate legal advice and assist with corporate governance matters
- Support claims and disputes management
- Conduct legal research and provide training to legal and insurance teams
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in law with admission to bar society in any Asian & Middle Eastern countries or English law
- 2 years PQE ideally with a background in shipping or supply chain logistics
- Strong business partnering, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a compliance-driven mindset and commercial awareness
