You will be an integral member of the education and training team to plan, co-ordinate and support the administrative operations of the education and training of medical, allied health and nursing staff at NHCS. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop and plan for short-term and long-term strategic plans. You will also coordinate and manage the initiation, implementation and evaluation of projects to advance NHCS’s education and training strategic and operational goals.
Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably in training, education or project management
- A meticulous team player with excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
