Job Description
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end close activities
- Provide financial reports reflecting account performance
- Review contracts and assess financial clauses and risks
- Lead planning cycles with accuracy and understanding of business dynamics
- Understand and analyse account costs, including labour and non-labour charges
- Drive forecast accuracy through financial modelling and analysis
- Monitor unbilled, deferred, and Revenue at Risk activities
- Support optimisation of cash collection and margin improvement initiatives
- Manage ad-hoc projects ensuring compliance with financial principles and regulations
- Participate in balance sheet and asset impairment reviews
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Provide business margin insights and analysis
- Participate in training initiatives within the organisation
The Successful Applicant
- Finance professional with successful track record in similar roles within large services businesses
- Holds degree in finance and possesses CPA/CA qualifications
- Strong skills in forecasting, risk mitigation, and achieving financial goals
- Must excel in building strong relationships within the business to help achieve organisational goals
