Position: Human Resource Employee Support Executive

Salary: Up to $5400
Job Description:
- Manage onboarding admin, including screenings and offer letters.
- Handle post-employment screenings and staff movements.
- Administer work pass applications and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure timely document storage and provide prompt responses.
- Take on additional duties as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in Banking Sector.
- Understand the Employment Act.
- Show initiative, attention to detail, and organization.
- Handle confidential information professionally.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Adapt to new HR technologies willingly.
