Job Description
- Assist in picking up and answer any phone call on general enquiries
- Meet and greet parents / students / visitors
- Provide proper information about school fees and programs
- General clerical duties
- Create file using Microsoft Office
- Assist in preparation of Expenditure Requisition Forms and obtain price quotations from suppliers
- Purchase items from suppliers for capital expenditures, kitchen, stationary, events, etc
- Responsibility in proper storage of stationary and uniforms
- Send invoices and cheques by post
- Support operational work flow
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT savvy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and work independently
