Responsibilities:
- Support the HR department's daily operations.
- Assisting with recruitment tasks like posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitating onboarding by preparing paperwork for new hires and coordinating logistics.
- Conducting orientations and updating records for newly onboarded employees.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and databases, aiding with administrative tasks.
- Providing support to the team in their daily operational needs.
- Assisting with monthly overtime and allowances for employees as required.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma Human Resources / related field.
- 1 - 2 year experience in related field is preferred.
