Job Scope
- Inputting and maintaining data in the NiCE system.
- Ensuring data integrity in both NiCE and NDS systems.
- Collaborating with the Project Manager to analyze and rectify errors.
- Checking Production machine limitations and transport mode (Lowbed, Trailer or Lorry crane) before order submission.
- Analyze shape codes for production and safety compliance. Communicate with RS team and shop floor crew. For complex shape codes, request production bend a sample for customer display
- Creating new Shape codes in Master Data Files
- Coordinating with the marketing team for shape code surcharge billing, if needed.
- Provide extended support to the CAB production team. Address queries from supervisors and IC on the shop floor, coordinating solutions with PMD and the customer.
- Prepare and support project outsourcing if there is capacity issue.
Requirements
- Minimum ‘O’ Level with Credit in Mathematics
- Knowledge in Geometry is a Plus
- Able to Handle Large Volumes of Data
- Knowledge with shape code is a plus
